De.Mem Ltd (ASX:DEM), an Australian headquartered international water technology company, has announced a new strategic distribution agreement with Firmbase Pte Ltd, Singapore. Under the non-exclusive agreement, Firmbase Singapore will distribute De.Mem's standardized filtration systems to customers in China, Indonesia, and Japan. Firmbase Singapore has an extensive network in these Asian markets. This partnership marks a significant step in expanding De.Mem's presence in the Asian markets. De.Mem has also received its first order from Firmbase Singapore worth approximately $15,000 in revenues. This order is for De.Mem's compact Ultrafiltration systems, to be sold by Firmbase Singapore to customers in China. While the order is not material relative to De.Mem's annual revenues, it is a significant milestone as it marks successful entry into the substantial Chinese market. The Chinese home water filtration unit market generated revenue of approximately US$ 1.6 billion in 2022 and is expected to reach US$ 3.6 billion by 2030. De.Mem's new range of small, standardized Ultrafiltration membrane systems, introduced in November 2024, feature the company's NSF certified Graphene Oxide (GO) enhanced Ultrafiltration membrane as the key component. The systems are designed for residential, municipal, and small industrial applications, with robust and compact design, high throughput, and accelerated volume treatment rates.
