Bridge SaaS Limited (ASX: BGE) has announced the appointment of Richard Gordon as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Gordon, who previously served as the company's Chairman, brings over 30 years of senior leadership, process improvement, and operational experience across a diverse range of industries, including wholesale distribution, energy solutions, and logistics. Throughout his career, Gordon has demonstrated a proven ability to deliver business growth, enhance operational efficiency, manage large teams, and implement technological innovation at scale in large organizations. He has extensive experience navigating complex regulatory environments and engaging effectively with government.In his new role as CEO, Gordon will focus on driving organizational growth and improvement through further development and expansion of Bridge's SaaS business lines into NDIS providers. The company's strategic objective is to grow the number of NDIS service providers and participants that utilize Bridge's software solutions, both through organic growth and targeted acquisitions.Gordon's appointment comes after he has taken a direct interest in Bridge's recent acquisition of a 51% stake in Brightside Disability Support & Respite Pty Ltd. He has overseen process improvements within Brightside that have already started to increase the efficiency and profitability of the business. Going forward, Gordon aims to leverage technology, including artificial intelligence and humanoid robotics, to improve the NDIS sector and deliver cost savings for the Australian government.
Bridge SaaS Limited is targeting the following key financial metrics under the new CEO's leadership:- Achieve three consecutive months of at least $166,667 per month in combined gross revenue from the Employment Services (ES) and Disability Employment Service (DES) business units within 12 months- Increase the net profit after tax (NPAT) of the NDIS business unit by at least $1 million above the FY2024 level through the acquisition of at least four NDIS service providers within 12 months- Achieve three consecutive months of at least $1,833,334 per month in total gross revenue for the Group, with at least $166,667 per month from the ES and DES business units, within 12 months- Achieve three consecutive months of at least $416,667 per month in gross revenue from the NDIS SaaS business unit within 36 months- Achieve three consecutive months of at least $4,166,667 per month in total gross revenue for the Group within 24 months- Achieve three consecutive months of at least $8,333,334 per month in total gross revenue for the Group within 36 months
