Downer EDI has reported its financial results for the half-year ended 31 December 2024. Revenue from ordinary activities decreased by 6.5% to $5,221.2 million, while total revenue including joint ventures and other income decreased by 8.6% to $5,505.7 million. Earnings before interest and tax and amortisation of acquired intangible assets (EBITA) increased by 7.8% to $150.1 million, and profit from ordinary activities after tax attributable to members of the parent entity increased by 5.8% to $69.3 million. The company has declared an interim dividend of 10.8 cents per share, 75% franked. Downer EDI's Dividend Reinvestment Plan has been suspended.
