Althea Group Holdings Limited (ASX:AGH) has received binding commitments for $4.0 million in funding through a Share Placement and Loan Notes Placement. The funds will be strategically allocated to enhance AGH's North American and Canadian infrastructure, scale Peak USA THC beverage commercial production, and strengthen working capital across Althea and Peak. The Placement attracted support from new and existing Australian sophisticated and professional investors. Directors Vaughan Webber and Joshua Fegan have subscribed for up to $120,000 in the Share Placement, subject to shareholder approval. The 1.5 million Loan Notes will be issued at $1.00 each, raising $1.5 million, with an interest rate of 0% and the potential to be converted into ordinary shares subject to shareholder approval. The 125.0 million Placement Shares will be issued at $0.02 each, raising $2.5 million. The funds will be used to secure core materials for Canadian operations, integrate wastewater infrastructure, expand production capacity, and automate tax stamp application. In the US, funds will strengthen working capital for Peak USA, and cover compliance, legal, and business consolidation expenses.

With Canada as its foundation, AGH is leveraging its expertise to scale rapidly in the U.S. THC beverage market, following the successful completion of its first commercial production run last month.
