Goodman Group (ASX: GMG) has requested a trading halt on its securities, effective from the open of trading today, 19 February 2025. The trading halt has been requested pending Goodman making an announcement regarding an equity capital raising comprising an institutional placement and security purchase plan. Goodman has requested the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of an announcement about the results of the institutional placement and the commencement of normal trading on 20 February 2025. Goodman expects that the trading halt will be ended by it making an announcement to the ASX in relation to the results of the institutional placement. Goodman is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
