Field Solutions Holdings Ltd (ASX: FSG) had its securities suspended from quotation on 18 December 2024 at the company's request, pending the release of an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising. However, following the announcement of the appointment of voluntary administrators on 19 February 2025, ASX has determined that FSG's financial condition is not adequate to warrant the continued quotation of its securities, and the company is in breach of Listing Rule 12.2. As a result, FSG's securities will remain suspended from quotation in accordance with Listing Rule 17.3. The suspension will continue until ASX is satisfied that FSG is in compliance with the Listing Rules, including Listing Rule 12.2, and that it is otherwise appropriate for FSG's securities to be reinstated to quotation.
