Charter Hall Group has reported its financial results for the half-year ended 31 December 2024. Revenue declined 8% to $283.6m, while profit after tax attributable to stapled securityholders increased 132.2% to $61.1m. Operating earnings, the Group's primary measure of underlying and recurring earnings, rose 0.7% to $196.4m. Basic and diluted statutory earnings per stapled security were 12.9 cents and 12.7 cents respectively, up 132.1% and 132.2% respectively. The Group declared an interim franked dividend and distribution of 23.42 cents per stapled security, up from 22.09 cents in the prior corresponding period. Net tangible assets per stapled security were $5.37 as at 31 December 2024, compared to $5.49 as at 30 June 2024.
