Rural Funds Group reports H1 2024 results

Rural Funds Group has released its Appendix 4D report for the half year ended 31 December 2024. The Group reported revenues from ordinary activities of $62.155 million, up 17% from the prior corresponding period. However, profit after income tax for the half year was $12.090 million, down 72%, and total comprehensive income attributable to unitholders was $13.051 million, down 82%. The Group declared distributions of 2.9325 cents per security for each quarter during the period. Net tangible assets per unit were $2.21 as at 31 December 2024, compared to $2.24 as at 30 June 2024. Adjusted net asset value per unit including water entitlements held at market value was $3.10 as at 31 December 2024, down from $3.14 as at 30 June 2024. The Group's distribution reinvestment plan was suspended in December 2024 and will remain suspended until further notice.
