Revenue from ordinary activities declined 15% to US$2,395.5m, while profit after tax attributable to members declined 59% to US$191.5m. The reduction in profit was primarily related to a decline in the sales price received for product during the financial year. The company paid a fully franked final dividend for 2023 of US 8.4 cents per share and a fully franked interim dividend for 2024 of US 4.4 cents per share. The Directors have declared a final dividend of US 6.7 cents per share, which is fully franked based on tax paid of 30 per cent. The dividend is payable on Thursday, 13 March 2025 to shareholders registered as at Friday, 28 February 2025. No other dividends were paid or declared during or after the period. The company does not have in operation a dividend or distribution reinvestment plan.
