AVJennings Limited (ASX: AVJ) has provided an update on the conditional, non-binding and indicative proposals from Ho Bee Land Limited and Proprium Capital Partners (Australia) Pty and AVID Property Group through its investment vehicle PM Nominees C Pty Ltd (AVID) to acquire all of the shares in AVJennings.
