Praemium Ltd has reported impressive financial results for the first half of 2025, with significant growth across key metrics. The company's revenue and other income increased by 32% to $52.3 million, compared to $39.7 million in the prior corresponding period. Platform margins, excluding OneVue, also improved by 3 basis points to 28 basis points, with the SMA repricing enacted on 1 April 2024 contributing a 4 basis point increase to 38 basis points. Underlying EBITDA grew by 43% to $12.9 million, while statutory NPAT was $5.8 million. The company also declared a fully franked dividend of $0.01 per share, to be paid on 21 March 2025. Praemium's CEO, Mr. Anthony Wamsteker, highlighted the outstanding continuation of momentum from the 2024 financial year, with improvements in organic growth, repricing of the core SMA offering, and the successful launch of the new Spectrum IDPS service. He also noted the benefits to come from the integration of the OneVue acquisition and further growth opportunities from Spectrum.
