EML Payments Ltd has today released its 1HFY25 Appendix 4D and Financial Results. The company reported revenue of $115.1 million, up 15% on 1H24, driven by an uplift in interest revenue of 49% to $32.8 million and solid growth in customer revenue of 6% to $82.3 million. Underlying gross profit improved 17% to $86.7 million, and underlying EBITDA increased by 50% to $33.4 million, with net overheads rising only 3% on the prior comparative period. The company achieved a statutory NPAT of $9.5 million, a significant improvement on the prior comparative period loss of $4.7 million. EML's cash balance improved to $50.6 million, up 17% from FY24. The company's commercial team is closing deals and building pipeline, and the EML 2.0 transformation program is progressing to plan.
