Production Target Retraction and Replacement Announcement
- Company retracts previously disclosed production target and mine life
- Production target was not disclosed in compliance with ASX Listing Rule 5.16 and is conceptual in nature
- Investors should not rely on this information to make any investment decisions
Nagambie Resources Limited (ASX:NAG) advises that the Company released an announcement titled 'New Antimony-Gold Intersections at the Nagambie Mine' on 20 January 2025, which included reference to a 3.5 year mine life at a production rate of 150,000 tonnes per annum, which could be increased to 4 or 5 years. The Company now retracts this production target and mine life, as it may be interpreted as a production target (as defined in the listing rules) and was not disclosed in compliance with ASX Listing Rule 5.16. The production target is considered conceptual in nature, and the technical feasibility and economic viability are currently unknown. Investors are advised not to rely on this information to make any investment decisions in the Company. An updated version of the announcement has been released, removing the production target and mine life, and including a statement by the Company that it is not aware of any new information or data that materially affects the current JORC Mineral Resource Estimation (MRE) and that all material assumptions and technical parameters underpinning the current MRE continue to apply and have not materially changed.
