Full Summary

Aerometrex Limited (ASX: AMX) today announced its first half results for the six months ended 31 December 2024 (1H25), delivering strong growth in subscription revenue of 14.8% and growth in 3D revenue. 1H25 key financial highlights included record 1H MetroMap Subscription Revenue of $4.72m, up 14.8% from $4.11m; growth in EBITDA, up 33.2% from $0.79m to $1.05m; and growth of 10.7% in Annual Contract Value (ACV) for MetroMap, from $8.43m to $9.33m. While group operating revenue was down 4.2% to $11.51m due to some weakness in the LiDAR division, MetroMap continues to deliver strong results. The Company has a significant unsecured sales opportunity pipeline across its three product lines and believes it is well placed to secure a number of these opportunities by 30 June 2025. The Company is also undertaking a strategic review to drive further improvements across the business.

Guidance

The Company continues to observe strong industry demand for its three business divisions of MetroMap, LiDAR and High-resolution 3D, and believes it is well placed to secure a number of unsecured sales opportunities across these divisions by 30 June 2025.

Outlook

The Company enters 2H25 with a focus on continuing to drive revenue in all divisions and reducing its cost base to provide a strong foundation heading into FY26. A number of initiatives in the 'go to market' strategy in MetroMap, implemented during the period, are expected to yield results in the full year 2025 results.
