Ariadne Australia Limited reported a net profit attributable to members of $2,711,000 for the half-year ended 31 December 2024, a significant increase from the $301,000 loss in the prior corresponding period. This result was driven by improved performance in the company's investment division, which recorded a net profit of $3,758,000, and the property division, which recorded a net profit of $1,145,000. The property division's result was impacted by the Group's 61% indirect interest in Orams Group Limited and Orams Residential Limited, which entered into partnerships with Precinct Properties during the period. The partnerships will accelerate the construction of commercial buildings within Orams Marine Village and the development of the adjoining residential site. Ariadne remains in a strong financial position, with a sound balance sheet and good cash reserves of $30,700,000 as at 31 December 2024.
