BSA unsuccessful in new NBN Co Field Module contract bid
- BSA not selected for new nbn Field Module contract
- Current nbn Unified Field Operations (Services) contract remains in place
- Contract represents 80% of BSA's revenue in FY2024
BSA Limited (ASX:BSA) has been formally notified by NBN Co (nbn) that it has not been successful on the new nbn Field Module contract. The tender was being pursued in a teaming arrangement with UGL. The current contract, nbn Unified Field Operations (Services), with an expiry date of 30 September 2025 (along with extension options, at nbn's discretion, up to a maximum of a further 12 months), remains in place. Volumes are currently in line with prior months, and the contract does not carry volume guarantees. The nbn contract is a significant contract of BSA Limited, representing approximately 80% of its revenue in FY2024. At this stage, no transition information is available. The Company continues to actively evaluate all strategic options to mitigate the impact of BSA not being successful in this tender. BSA will update shareholders as further details emerge and will continue to keep the market informed in accordance with its continuous disclosure obligations.
