Pro Medicus Limited has announced that its wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary, Visage Imaging, Inc., has signed a A$40M, 7-year contract with LucidHealth, a leading provider of radiology services in the US. Based on a transactional licensing model, the contract will see the company's cloud-based Visage 7 Enterprise Imaging Platform ('Visage 7'), including Visage 7 Viewer, implemented throughout LucidHealth, providing a unified diagnostic imaging platform. Planning for the rollout will begin immediately, based on Visage's proven cloud-based implementation process, with a phased go-live targeted to commence in late Q3/Q4 of the 2025 calendar year. LucidHealth employs more than 300 Radiologists across their network of 140 care sites and provides subspecialized remote and onsite radiology reading services, as well as having its own clinically integrated network of radiology practices.
The contract is valued at A$40M over 7 years.
