QuickFee Limited (ASX:QFE) today announced that Jennifer Warawa, President of QuickFee US, has resigned to pursue another opportunity within a technology company. Under Jennifer's leadership over the past two and a half years, the QuickFee US business refined its product and go-to-market strategy, including the development and launch of the Connect platform. Jennifer has also assembled an experienced leadership team in the US and signed several valuable strategic partnerships. The Board has appointed James Drummond, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, as Acting US President. Mr. Drummond, a 9-year veteran of QuickFee, has deep knowledge and experience in all critical areas of the business and is well positioned to ensure a smooth transition working alongside Jennifer during her 2-month notice period. Chairman Dale Smorgon expressed his sincere gratitude to Jennifer for her leadership, hard work, and tremendous commitment in moving the US business through an important phase to operating profitability. The Company will commence a comprehensive search for a replacement leader in the US and will update the market in due course.
