Full Summary

Qoria is pleased to announce that its US operation, Linewize, has been selected as a preferred technology provider for the Management Council of the Ohio Education Computer Network. The Management Council coordinates and supports the collaborative efforts of the Ohio Education Computer Network (OECN), which serves over 1.8 million students in 1,000+ public school districts, parochial schools, career centers, and community schools across Ohio. Through this partnership, Ohio school districts will have access to Qoria's entire solution portfolio, including Filtering, Classroom Management, Monitoring, Community and Student Wellbeing Measurement, with transparent pricing and the support they need to cater to the challenges of today's schooling. Linewize will work closely with the Management Council and Ohio's Information Technology Centers to ensure every school district in Ohio is aware of the new opportunity to leverage Linewize's solutions for schools and school communities. The partnership is seen as a strategic initiative for Qoria and a way to better support Ohio's learners, teachers, and leaders, while also sustaining the commitment to protect Ohio's schools from cyber threats and create a more secure future for education in the state.

Outlook

The partnership with the Management Council of the Ohio Education Computer Network is considered a strategically important agreement for Qoria, though the company is unable to forecast the potential revenue or financial materiality at this time.
