Imricor Medical Systems, Inc. (ASX: IMR) has requested a voluntary suspension of trading of its ordinary shares on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The suspension has been requested to assist the company in managing its continuous disclosure obligations, as it expects to make a material announcement to the market in relation to a proposed capital raising. The voluntary suspension will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 20 March 2025, or when the announcement regarding the proposed capital raising is released. The company expects to make the announcement to the market before the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 20 March 2025. Imricor Medical Systems is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted or of any further information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
