BOD Science Ltd, formerly known as BOD Australia Limited (the 'Company'), is under a Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) proposed by Biortica Agrimed Limited ACN 637 553 621 ('Biortica'). The DOCA was executed on 24 April 2024, and the Deed Administrator, Andrew Barnden, is currently overseeing the Company's operations during the DOCA period. The DOCA will be effectuated once the Conditions Subsequent to the DOCA are satisfied, particularly the passing of various resolutions by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting. The extraordinary general meeting was initially scheduled for February 2025, but due to further delays by Biortica in complying with the Conditions Subsequent, including the ASX requirements and the audit of its financial accounts, the DOCA period has been extended to 30 June 2025. The Deed Administrator intends to keep shareholders informed of any material developments regarding the Company.
