Jatcorp Ltd (ASX: JAT) has provided responses to ASX letters dated 20 February 2025 regarding its announcement on 31 January 2025 about the suspension of Neurio product sales in mainland China following an adverse court ruling. Jatcorp states that while the share price dropped 29.3% intraday, the closing price decline was only 13.1% and the price recovered within a week, indicating the market had digested the information. Jatcorp argues the impacts were one-off in nature and it remains committed to defending its intellectual property rights in China through legal action. Jatcorp also confirms it has complied with Listing Rule 3.16.4 regarding disclosure of related party transactions with former Managing Director Mr Wang, as well as the circumstances around his resignation. Jatcorp states it has authorization from the board to respond to ASX on disclosure matters and confirms it is compliant with Listing Rule 3.1.
