The ASX has issued a price query to Doctor Care Anywhere Group Plc (DOC.ASX) regarding the recent changes in the price and trading volume of its securities. Specifically, the ASX notes that the price of DOC's securities has increased from a low of $0.072 on 17 March 2025 to a high of $0.09 at the time of writing on 21 March 2025. Additionally, the ASX has observed a significant increase in the trading volume of DOC's securities during this period. In light of these changes, the ASX has requested that DOC respond to a series of questions to determine if the company is aware of any undisclosed information that could explain the recent market activity. DOC is required to provide its responses to the ASX's questions by no later than 1:30 PM AEDT on Friday, 21 March 2025. The company is also reminded of its obligations under the ASX Listing Rules, particularly in relation to continuous disclosure requirements. The ASX reserves the right to release all or any part of the correspondence between itself and DOC to the market.
