Verbrec Limited (ASX: VBC) has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary StacksOn Operations Pty Ltd has entered into a Software Reseller Agreement with Datamine. The agreement provides Datamine the non-exclusive, worldwide right to distribute Verbrec's stockpile digital twin product, StacksOn, either on a stand-alone basis or incorporated via an Application Program Interface (API) into Datamine's suite of sustainable mining software applications. Verbrec will also provide integration, support and training services under the Agreement to Datamine clients who adopt the StacksOn technology. StacksOn's specialized functionality complements Datamine's integrated software solutions for the entire mining value chain. Through Datamine's established international customer base and market-leading reputation, the Agreement has the potential to introduce the benefits of StacksOn to mining operations which otherwise would not be readily accessible by Verbrec alone. Verbrec's CEO, Mark Read, expressed excitement about this milestone for StacksOn, stating that Datamine is a world-leader in the mining technology space and the agreement has the potential to expand the reach of StacksOn and its benefits to both Australian and international mining operations.
