SciDev Ltd (ASX: SDV) has announced several changes to the composition of its Board of Directors. The company is pleased to welcome Mike Utsler as the new Chairman, effective April 1, 2025. Mike brings extensive board and executive leadership experience that will guide SciDev through its next phase of growth. He succeeds Vaughan Busby, who will step down as a Non-Executive Director after four years of dedicated service. Additionally, SciDev's Chief Executive Officer, Sean Halpin, will transition into the role of Managing Director, effective the same date. The Board has also appointed Johannes Risseeuw as a new Non-Executive Director, replacing Jon Gourlay, who will retire at the Annual General Meeting in October 2025.
