RemSense Technologies Limited (ASX: REM) has announced that it has entered into an agreement with Investing News Network (INN) to undertake an investor and lead generation marketing campaign to increase awareness and visibility of the company among potential investors and clients. INN publishes InvestingNews.com, a destination website for the international investment community, and has a strong global presence with offices in RemSense's principal target markets of Australia and North America. The 12-month campaign includes global distribution of company news and content across selected investment-focused channels, lead generation, and advertising placements tailored to enhance RemSense's visibility in the technology and innovation investment community. In consideration for the campaign, RemSense has issued 457,627 fully paid ordinary shares to INN at a 20-day VWAP price of 5.9c for a value of $27,000. The shares were issued pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 7.1.
