Summerset Group Holdings Limited has reported its sales metrics for the first quarter of 2025 (1Q25). The company recorded 290 total sales for the quarter, which is a 14% increase compared to the same period in the previous year. This comprised 132 new sales and 158 resales. Summerset CEO Scott Scoullar noted that the company had a strong start to the year, with January being typically slower as prospective residents are on holiday, but a strong performance in February and March. Scoullar also highlighted that Summerset's geographical diversity continued to show its strength in Q1, with almost every region in New Zealand seeing increased sales year-on-year, and 50% of sales coming from outside Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
