Delorean Corporation Ltd has provided additional information regarding its SA1 bioenergy project biomethane connection agreement with Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG). The agreement allows Delorean to connect to AGIG's gas network for the first time to export biomethane to third-party customers. There are no direct revenue implications associated with the announcement, as AGIG is providing the gas connection and is not a party to any offtake agreement. Delorean's capital budget for the SA1 project, including the biomethane upgrade infrastructure and the biomethane connection, remains unchanged, with the budgeted cost of the gas connection being immaterial to the overall budget. The agreement contains standard termination clauses, where either party has the right to terminate the agreement if the other party breaches the terms. This announcement has been authorized for release to the ASX by the Delorean Corporation Board of Directors.
