Full Summary

Kingsgate Consolidated Limited (ASX: KCN) announced that its subsidiary Akara Resources continues to intersect significant gold mineralization in the well-endowed Chatree South-East Complex, located approximately 3km from the Chatree Gold Mine. Exploration drilling has also confirmed gold and silver continuity in the Southern and Middle Zones of the Chang Puek Prospect. The Reverse Circulation (RC) and Diamond Drilling (DD) exploration programs have been focused on assessing exploration targets and characterizing mineralized zones within the Chatree South-East Complex, with 67% of the 2025 planned drilling in the South-East Complex now completed. Significant intercepts were encountered in RC and DD holes within the Southern and Middle Zones of the Chang Puek Prospect, with gold mineralization hosted within silicified rhyolitic tuff. At the Chatree South-East Complex, drilling in the Main Zone confirmed that gold mineralization is associated with silicified and phyllic altered sedimentary rocks and rhyolitic breccias, with a controlling structure such as a reverse fault interpreted along the western boundary of the mineralization. Drilling in the Northern Zone also returned significant intercepts, with mineralization associated with phyllic altered and silicified rhyolitic tuff and polymictic rhyolitic breccia. The company plans to complete an inaugural resource estimate for the Chatree South-East Complex in 2025. At the Nueva Esperanza Development Project in Chile, Kingsgate reported that road repair works and a fixed-wing topographic survey have been completed, and geochemical sampling has commenced.
