Full Summary

Constellation Resources Limited is pleased to provide its Quarterly Report for the period ended 31 March 2025. The Company's focus is on its projects in Western Australia, including the Ularring Copper Gold Project and its Natural Hydrogen Projects. At the Ularring Copper Gold Project, the Company's most advanced prospect is Centre Forest, where a continuous lower grade copper-gold horizon has been identified over a 1.1km strike length. A recent dipole-dipole induced polarisation (DDIP) survey successfully defined a high-quality chargeable DDIP anomaly, which the Company believes represents a high-grade intrusion related copper-gold target. The Company has commenced a two-hole diamond drilling program to test this target. In the Company's Natural Hydrogen Projects, which cover a total area of 87,602km2 across the Edmund-Collier, Yerrida and Ashburton Basins, the Company is progressing a staged, regional soil gas program and technical studies to assess the hydrogen generation potential of the Proterozoic shale units. The Company has also reviewed other business development opportunities during the quarter but has not reached any agreements or been granted any new licences at this stage.

Outlook

The Company remains focused on advancing its Ularring Copper Gold Project and Natural Hydrogen Projects in Western Australia. At Ularring, the Company will continue its diamond drilling program to test the promising DDIP target at Centre Forest. For the Natural Hydrogen Projects, the Company will progress its regional soil gas sampling program and technical studies to further evaluate the hydrogen generation potential of the basins.
