4DMedical Limited has lodged a supplementary prospectus dated 16 April 2025 with ASIC, which supplements the original prospectus lodged on 25 March 2025. The supplementary prospectus amends the terms of the offers of New Options and Piggyback Options. Given that all New Options are being offered for nil consideration, the Board has decided to deem eligible participants to have applied for their relevant allocation of New Options, and they will not need to submit a separate Application Form unless they wish to opt-out of the Offer. Participants who wish to opt-out can do so by contacting the Share Registry via email or phone. Except for the changes outlined in the supplementary prospectus, there have been no other changes to the terms of the Offers.
