ECP Emerging Growth Limited has released its quarterly report for the period ended 31 March 2025. The report confirms that the Conversion Price of the ECP Notes into Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at $1.43. Furthermore, the interest rate has increased to the step up rate of 6.5%. The LTV Ratio as at 31 March 2025 is 25.72%, calculated based on the Total Debt, Cash and Cash Equivalents, and Market Value of all Marketable Securities held by the Issuer. The report also confirms that the Issuer has complied with the terms of the Notes, the Trust Deed, and relevant sections of the Corporations Act 2001 during the reporting period. No circumstances arose that could cause the Notes to become immediately payable or enforceable, and there were no substantial changes to the Issuer's business or any changes to the guarantors.
