Volt Power Group Ltd has announced a consolidation of its securities, where every 100 (pre-consolidation) securities will be consolidated into 1 (post-consolidation) security. The consolidation applies to the company's ordinary fully paid shares (VPR) as well as its various options (VPRAZ, VPRAE, VPRAF, VPRAW). Shareholder approval for the consolidation is required and is scheduled to be obtained at a meeting on 27/5/2025. If approved, the record date for the consolidation will be 30/5/2025, and trading in the post-consolidation securities will commence on a deferred settlement basis from 29/5/2025. The company will update its register and send holding statements to security holders by 6/6/2025, with normal T+2 trading to commence from 10/6/2025.
