HITIQ Ltd has requested an immediate trading halt on its securities (ASX: HIQ) pending an announcement to the market regarding a proposed capital raising. The trading halt has been requested in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 7.1 to assist the company in managing its continuous disclosure obligations. The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 30 April 2025 or when the announcement regarding the capital raising is released to the market.
