MedAdvisor Ltd (ASX: MDR) has requested a voluntary suspension of its shares from the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 29 April 2025 until the company makes an announcement regarding the outcome of a pending court application. The company intends to make an announcement about a court application under section 1322 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) to deem a cleansing notice lodged on 23 April 2025 to be effective from the date of issue of the shares the subject of the cleansing notice. The voluntary suspension is required to prevent the trading of the company's shares the subject of the cleansing notice until the court application has been determined. MedAdvisor expects to make the announcement about the outcome of the court application before the open of trading on Friday, 2 May 2025. The company considers the voluntary suspension necessary as otherwise trading in its shares would continue on an uninformed basis.
