Weebit Nano reports Q3 FY25 progress

Weebit Nano has made significant progress this quarter, including achieving AEC-Q100 qualification for its ReRAM technology, progressing well with the integration of Weebit ReRAM into onsemi's Treo platform, and having fully functional wafers manufactured at DB HiTek. The company is now preparing for qualification at DB HiTek, which is expected to be completed in 2025. Weebit also participated in major conferences, where it demonstrated a live demo of its ReRAM technology enabling ultra-low-power edge AI applications in collaboration with Embedded AI Systems Pte. Ltd. (EMASS). To support its growth, Weebit has appointed Lilach Zinger as VP of Customer Success to set up the infrastructure required to manage multiple parallel projects with fabs. The company has a strong cash position of A$93.7 million as of 31 March 2025 to fund further R&D and commercial activities.
Weebit expects to sign additional foundries/IDMs and product companies in 2025, which will unlock more milestones and trigger more payments from customers.
Weebit is progressing well with the integration of its ReRAM technology into onsemi's Treo platform and is preparing for qualification at DB HiTek, which is expected to be completed in 2025.
