- Trading in MedAdvisor Limited (ASX: MDR) securities to resume
MedAdvisor Limited (ASX: MDR), a global pharmacy-driven patient engagement company, has announced that the Federal Court of Australia has granted the company's application for court orders to rectify an administrative oversight relating to the late lodgement of a cleansing notice for the fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the company issued to the participants in the placement announced on 1 April 2025. The court orders extend the period for the lodgement of the cleansing notice, deem the notice to have been lodged on the original issue date, and relieve any persons who on-sold the placement shares of any civil liability. The company has requested that the voluntary suspension of trading in its securities be lifted by ASX immediately following the release of this announcement.
