Microbiome health company Biome Australia Limited (ASX: BIO) is pleased to announce the launch of a new brand called Activated Therapeutics. This new brand has been created alongside Biome's flagship probiotic brand, Activated Probiotics, as a complementary platform for the release of natural medicine products that meet clearly defined health needs with strong market demand. While evidence-based probiotics remain central to Biome's product development pipeline, Activated Therapeutics enables the company to broaden its therapeutic offering where non-probiotic solutions are best suited to address specific needs. The Activated Therapeutics range will initially launch with four specialized products, each formulated with natural ingredients and specific evidence-based therapeutic applications. These include Oestro-ISO for perimenopausal symptoms, Synbio-GOS for gastrointestinal repair, Pepti-BIOTIC for acid reflux, and Macro-PRO for weight management and nutritional support. Activated Therapeutics will be positioned as a practitioner-only range, available to health practitioners in private practice and positioned behind-the-counter in community pharmacy, helping to deliver better patient outcomes through effective evidence-based natural medicines and functional nutritional support.

Biome has presented the Activated Therapeutics range to its existing network of health practitioner distributors, pharmacy distributors and pharmacy banner groups, and is very pleased with the strong support for launching the new lines from June 2025 onward.
