The company's key focus areas include restructuring and repositioning for sustainable growth, expanding its hardware platform offerings with new products like the STA-Power and mobile trailers, scaling its software and AI platform to unlock solutions-based offerings, and growing its recurring revenue through SaaS, subscriptions, and managed services. Spectur is also aiming to mature its AI capabilities, expand its safety and warning systems, and increase its national footprint, while pursuing key market opportunities in critical infrastructure, resources, regional councils, coastal councils, construction, and national parks. The company is expected to become operationally cashflow neutral by the end of June 2025 after a period of aggressive development and growth, with more than $1.5 million per annum in cost reduction initiatives implemented.

Spectur expects to achieve revenue in the range of $8.8 million to $10 million for the 2025 financial year.
