Jupiter Mines Ltd has requested a trading halt on its shares (ASX: JMS) effective immediately. The company is seeking the trading halt to assist in managing its disclosure obligations in relation to a proposed transaction by third parties in respect of the Tshipi manganese mine and shares in the company, and to maintain an orderly market in the trading of the company's shares. The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 15 May 2025 or when the company makes an announcement to the market regarding the proposed transaction. Jupiter Mines expects to make an announcement to the market regarding the proposed transaction before the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 15 May 2025.
