Aristocrat Leisure Limited (ASX: ALL) reported a positive half-year result for the six months ended 31 March 2025. The company's normalised net profit after tax and before amortisation of acquired intangibles (NPATA) increased 5.6% to $733 million, reflecting the group's breadth and high-quality portfolio of scaled, world-class gaming assets, ongoing effective execution of its growth strategy, and leading organic investment in talent, technology, and product. Segment revenue increased 8.7% to $3,034.5 million, with the Gaming segment up 2.4%, Product Madness up 5.3%, and Interactive up 141.0%. Segment profit increased 11.6% to $1,532.1 million, with Gaming up 3.0%, Product Madness up 13.5%, and Interactive up 274.9%.The company continued its strategic organic investment, with design and development (D&D) expense at 13.3% of revenue. User acquisition (UA) investment for Product Madness increased to 17.6% of segment revenue, supporting bookings growth and the soft launch of a new NFL-themed game. Capex of $231 million supported growth in the North America Gaming Operations installed base.The balance sheet remains strong, with net debt of $425.2 million and a gearing ratio of 0.2x. Operating cash flow increased 17.7% to $772.6 million, reflecting continued growth in business performance and underlying cash flow generation.

Aristocrat expects to deliver continued growth in revenue, profit, and earnings per share in the 2025 financial year.
