Citywide Acquisition receives ACCC Clearance

• ACCC clears Cleanaway's acquisition of Citywide waste and recycling business

Cleanaway Waste Management Limited (ASX: CWY) has announced that the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has cleared its acquisition of the Citywide waste and recycling business. The acquisition is expected to complete around the end of FY25.
