Veris Limited (ASX:VRS), a digital and spatial data advisory and consulting firm, has announced a series of new project wins worth over $2 million. These contracts highlight Veris' capabilities in applying advanced technologies to support major energy, transport, utilities, environmental, and government initiatives. The company's ability to integrate cutting-edge data capture with its proprietary digital platforms, as well as its enhanced digital consulting capabilities through the acquisition of Spatial Vision, reflect its strategic shift toward higher-value digital, spatial, and advisory services. The new project wins include: HumeLink East in NSW, where Veris will leverage advanced data capture technologies and its 3SiDE digital solution; a contract with the Shire of Ashburton in WA to capture and analyze road network data using the Veris RoadSiDE digital solution; an implementation of an automated software application to streamline digital workflows and enhance efficiencies for a road safety enforcement initiative; a consulting assignment to evaluate and recommend solutions for fire and incident management; and a project to modernize the technology stack and integrate new APIs for a mobile app that provides water data management. These wins continue Veris' strategy of delivering the digital transformation needs of industry and leveraging the ongoing integration of Spatial Vision capabilities into its service offering.

Veris advises that the recently implemented tariff regime by the United States is not expected to directly impact the Company's operations or financial performance. The recent acquisition of Spatial Vision is expected to generate in excess of $9 million of revenue on an annualised basis.

Veris remains well positioned in a diverse spread of industry sectors and has a positive outlook. The secured forward workload exceeds $55 million, set to be executed over the next 12 months. Additionally, the unsecured project pipeline is robust, with a weighted value surpassing $190 million for execution over the next 24 months.
