• Access dispute with landowner blocks access to Rolleston West Exploration Project

State Gas Limited (ASX: GAS) has advised that an access dispute has arisen between the company and the owner of the land on which the company's Rolleston West Exploration Project is located. Despite the company's efforts to work collaboratively with the landowner to resolve the dispute over the last few weeks, the landowner has again purported to block the company's access to its Rolleston West Project Assets, including the two new exploration wells which are only partially complete. The company considers the landowner's actions to be in breach of the access agreement and is now taking action through the Land Court of Queensland to have its access immediately restored. The company is confident that access will be restored through that court process, after which it will be immediately able to complete the Rougemont 5 and 6 exploration wells.
