OpenLearning Limited (ASX: OLL) has announced that National University, one of the largest private universities in the Philippines, has signed a new 5-year platform software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreement to utilize OpenLearning's learning management system across its campuses. National University ran a competitive trial process to evaluate several top learning management systems and selected OpenLearning's platform for implementation as the university's LMS across all their campus locations. The agreement has a minimum contracted SaaS fees of US$80,000 (circa A$124,000) per year, with a total minimum contract value of US$400,000 over 5 years. Once the LMS is fully implemented across all National University campuses, approximately up to A$250,000 in total annual SaaS fees per year are expected to be achieved based on the current number of enrolled students at the university. National University operates across 14 campus locations throughout the Philippines, with ambitious plans for growth, including new campuses in East Ortigas, Bacolod, and Las PiƱas. The university is currently serving 85,000 students and is projected to enrol over 100,000 students in 2026-27.
