Metrics Master Income Trust Requests Trading Halt

Metrics Master Income Trust (ASX: MXT) has requested an immediate trading halt on its ordinary units, effective from the commencement of trading on Thursday, 29 May 2025. The Responsible Entity, The Trust Company (RE Services) Limited, has requested the trading halt to conduct a bookbuild in connection with a proposed capital raising comprising a placement of new fully paid ordinary units in the Trust to wholesale investors. The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the Responsible Entity making an announcement to the market in relation to the completion of the Placement or the commencement of trading on Monday, 2 June 2025. The Responsible Entity is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted by ASX and is not aware of any further information which needs to be disclosed to the market at the time of seeking the trading halt.
