Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (QRI) has announced a new dividend payment for its unitholders. The dividend amount is AUD 0.01008400 per unit. The ex-date for the dividend is 4 June 2025, the record date is 5 June 2025, and the payment date is 16 June 2025. Unitholders have the option to participate in the fund's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP), which will be in full effect for this dividend. The DRP allows unitholders to reinvest their dividend payments to acquire additional units in the fund. The price of units acquired under the DRP will be the lesser of the most recent weekly NTA price released by QRI prior to the record date, and the average price of all shares acquired on the ASX under the DRP during the period set by the Board. There are no minimum or maximum participation requirements for the DRP, and no other conditions apply. Unitholders have until 6 June 2025 at 5:00 PM to lodge their election notices to participate in the DRP.
