Manuka Resources Ltd, an ASX-listed producer, developer and explorer, has outlined a comprehensive production plan to bring its Cobar Basin precious metal assets back into production. The key highlights of the plan include:- 10 year life of mine plan to produce 13.2Moz of silver, with additional gold credits, from the existing Wonawinta processing plant and surrounding open pit mines. - The Wonawinta processing plant, currently on care and maintenance, will undergo a 6-month refurbishment and upgrade, including the addition of a deslime and dewatering circuit to enhance mill throughput and leach performance. - First production is targeted for Calendar Q1 2026, with commissioning and ramp-up to be undertaken on existing silver and gold bearing ROM stockpiles located adjacent to the Wonawinta plant.- Mining will commence in April 2026, drawing ore from the existing Manuka and Boundary pits as well as the new Belah, Bimble and Pothole pits. Gold ore from the Mt Boppy stockpiles will also be processed at Wonawinta during the first 2 years to provide a payable gold credit.- The production plan is underpinned by 6.6Mt of Ore Reserves, including 11.6Moz of silver and 7.7koz of gold. - The restart is expected to generate average annual EBITDA of A$22M at an average AISC of A$35/oz silver, resulting in an NPV8 of A$101M and an IRR of 109%.- All major approvals are in place and in good standing, providing a clear pathway to production.
