Full Summary

Integral Diagnostics Ltd (ASX:IDX) has announced that its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dr Ian Kadish, has announced his intention to retire at the end of FY26. The Board has commenced a process to ensure an orderly transition to new leadership. IDX Chair, Toby Hall, thanked Dr Kadish for his significant efforts, service and leadership in growing Integral Diagnostics from a small, listed provider in the radiology market to the second largest provider in Australia by clinic volume, as well as a significant provider in the New Zealand market. Dr Kadish will continue to serve as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer until 31 December 2025 and will commence a period of leave until his retirement date on 30 June 2026, during which time he will be available to assist IDX with an orderly transition to a new leader. A key focus remains achieving the synergies and opportunities of the recent merger with Capitol Health. The Board and executive team are fully engaged in ensuring a seamless leadership transition to minimise disruption at this time of change and maintain IDX's high standards of service to patients. An international search process to select Dr Kadish's replacement is underway and being led by Maritana, with a focus on finding and appointing an external candidate.
