FirstWave Cloud Technology Limited (ASX: FCT), a global leader in IT compliance and network management software, has announced the execution of an agreement that forms a strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and US-based Corent Technology. The collaboration is designed to streamline the distribution of FirstWave's products, including Open-AudIT, NMIS and CyberCision, through the AWS Marketplace. The agreement is supported by both personnel and approximately AU$250,000 funding by AWS and Corent Technology. This initiative will enable the first products to be released on the marketplace in approximately 3 weeks' time. The partnership will enhance FirstWave's AI technologies and enable seamless deployment, provisioning, and billing via AWS infrastructure, providing a highly integrated experience for customers of all sizes. It will also unlock access to the 300,000 monthly active marketplace users, including over 2,500 Channel partners that utilise the platform. This is a key step in FirstWave's commercial strategy to monetise its base of an estimated 150,000 organisations that use its free-tier software, delivering simplified pathways to upgrade to enterprise-grade AI driven IT compliance solutions through the AWS Marketplace.
